How Do I Book My Tour Online?
- Select the tour you require and click ‘Book Now’ button.
- Select the date you wish to travel.
- Select the number of seats (adult / child / student / family) you require and click ‘Continue’.
- You can book more tours by clicking the ‘Add to Booking’ button.
- Complete your details and click ‘Continue’.
- Enter your payment details and click ‘Process Payment’.
When you have finished you’ll receive a ‘Thank You For Your Payment’ e-mail.

How Do I Get My Tickets?
E-Ticket: Received via e-mail a few minutes after booking.
Collect Tickets From Our Shop: Your tickets will be awaiting collection from the location of your choice.

Deliver Tickets To Hotel: We’ll deliver your tickets to your Central London hotel, ready for collection from the concierge desk (24 hours notice required for this service).
Do I need to print my Tickets?
95% of our E-Tickets can be shown/scanned from your smart phone or mobile device at your chosen tour/attraction.
However, on our website, next to the pricing is a ‘Click Here For Ticket Information’ button, informing you what is required.
The Price On My Tour Voucher / Ticket Is More Than On Your Website?
We discount many of our tours and attractions.
Your tour voucher/ticket will always show the full price. However, you will not be charged any more than stated on our website, and as confirmed on your payment receipt.
The price you see on our website is the price you pay, not a penny more!
